Logistics Inventory TrackingIt is not uncommon for our clients to own several generations of customer-facing technology. Tolt Service Group's unique logistics and sourcing model ensures that our field engineers have the right set of inventory to effectively provide their clients’ multi-vendor retail equipment support. Each technician’s company-owned service vehicle is stocked with whole unit spares, sub assembly parts, tooling and diagnostic equipment. Supporting the distributed fleet are local and centralized stocking locations. Tolt Service Group determines which parts to stock where based on its clients’ service level agreements. If the technician cannot obtain the part from their vehicle or locally within a specified number of hours, Tolt Service Group's centralized distribution center at its national headquarters will expedite any required inventory for same-day or next-day deliveries. Extended cut-off times also let us get next-day shipments that are discovered late in the day out the door on time.
